innovative challenge calls on students to design a smart solution to protect vulnerable coastal communities

The Better World Challenge is offering young innovators a chance to win $1000 to pursue their design solution. The Better World Challenge winning design will be selected at the A Better World By Design conference. The winner will receive a $1000 stipend to pursue their solution and recognition of excellence amongst the Better World By Design community. ‘Save The Bay’ and the winner will work together to advance the project: working towards implementation, garnering resources and featuring the design as part of a campaign to re-evaluate coastal communities.

Finalists will be selected after the September 1st deadline to present their design solution at the A Better World By Design conference on September 30th – October 2nd. They will receive complimentary conference tickets and the opportunity for exposure to the vast Better World By Design community.
